An overview of training opportunities

Toolmakers

Are you looking for precision, technology and real responsibility? During your training as a toolmaker, you’ll learn how tools with millimeter-level precision are made from metal – and how to manufacture, maintain and optimize them yourself. With us you’ll be working with state-of-the-art machinery and a strong team. Technology that inspires – and a future you help shape.

Mechatronics engineers

Do you want technology that moves – and systems you can understand? As a mechatronics engineer, you combine mechanics, electronics and IT to create fully functional systems. You’ll learn how to install, maintain and get machines up and running. You’ll also be given exciting tasks, real responsibility and technology that challenges and helps you grow.

Machine tool operators

Do you want to turn raw materials into genuine precision? During your training as a machine tool operator, you will learn how to use CNC machines to produce components that fit with micrometer precision. You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology and learn to take responsibility – for quality, safety and success.

IT specialists in system integration

Do you want IT that works – and systems that you build yourself? As an IT specialist in system integration, you’ll ensure that our technology runs smoothly. You’ll learn about networks, solve problems, and help colleagues with their digital issues. At SIBA you’ll get training that will set you up for the future – and a team that supports you.

Industrial clerks

Do you want to combine organization, numbers and communication? As an industrial clerk you’ll gain an understanding of all areas of business administration – from purchasing and sales to accounting. You’ll take on responsibility, work as part of a team and help shape processes. What matters to us is what you bring to the table – and how you develop.

Training Night – come along and get to know us!

Would you like to know what training and an apprenticeship at SIBA is really like? At the Training Night we open our doors to you: Find out about the apprenticeships we offer, discover what your future workplace could look like, and have a chat with our apprentices. Not only do they show you what they do at SIBA – they’re also helping to organise the event! After all, cross-departmental projects and joint initiatives are an integral part of our training programs.
